- Reports to the Global Chief of Staff supporting the Americas Analyst Credit Population.
- Currently focuses on the development and overall experience of the Analyst population.
- Provides clear and consistent feedback to the Analyst population, on an ongoing basis.
- Partners with desk heads, line managers and other key partners in HR and across the IB to provide resources to Junior Talent.
- Evolve current opportunities and resources into a comprehensive Junior Talent Program.
- Manages various junior focused initiatives to drive training, learning, coaching and career development.
- Works towards global alignment, supporting clear communications and improved access to information.

This position offers remote working opportunities for an agreed amount of days per week.
We are looking for highly motivated applicants with 5 years of proven experience in Asset Management, Equity Research, Accounting, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, and/or the Banking Industry for Junior-level roles.
- Trading Floor experience is a bonus but not required.
- Excellent experience writing industry related analysis for the global banking industry.
- Displays a high level of attention to detail.
- High level of self-motivation and work ethic along with the ability to complete assignments quickly and accurately.
- Communicates and partners well with the team to accomplish goals.
- Proven qualitative analytical capabilities including industry analysis and report writing.
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value varied perspectives.
