Job description
- As a L'Oreal Luxe Fragrance Specialist, you will focus on building sales and educational foundation of clients and retail partners. You will represent the L'Oreal Luxe Fragrance Portfolio (Brands such as Armani, YSL, Ralph Lauren, Viktor & Rolf, Mugler, Maison Margiela, Atelier, Valentino, and Azzaro) by sharing your skills and knowledge with a focus on building store partnership and maximizing the brand business in each of your stores. You are the ones that bring the brands to life every day by creating a unique experience for customers and you will cultivate their understanding of the brands.
Training, Learning and Development:
The Fragrance Specialist will receive general brand education as well as brand specific onboarding.
Key Job Accountabilities
- Responsible for weekly, monthly and yearly total retail performance. Must maintain knowledge of the trends of individual business segments and all of the key business drivers within each segment. Ensure rank increase objectives are being met.
- Oversee education and training of launches and key focus products customized to the business dynamic. Develop relationships and partner with key influencers that will help drive business.
- Plan, communicate and execute all in-store events to ensure achievement of retail goal.
- Responsible to develop and execute action plans based on key store opportunities.
- Monitor merchandising compliance, stock flow, and gondola/linear shopability within each store.
- Ongoing communication and strategizing with Fragrance Sales Executive regarding business performance, stock/merchandising issues, as well as insights into store dynamics.
- Collaborate with store leadership and operations team to identify opportunities with stock levels.
Qualifications
- Experience portraying lifestyles of fragrances and telling the story of fragrance collections
- Experience engaging in social media regarding trends, brands and focus products
- Self-motivated, results oriented, creative thinker
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Analytical in approach to identifying opportunities
You have a high school diploma or the equivalent
You possess strong written and verbal communication skills
You have a flexible work schedule which includes nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Environment: Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs and/or ladder as necessary, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis

Hourly rates for this position range from $15-$25 hourly depending on location and experience. Offers for employment and final pay rate is determined by the retailer, which is the employer for this role.
