Full-Time Community Liaison/ Business Development

Priority Hospice is a hospice provider located in Covina, CA. We provide hospice services to the eligible patients in the San Gabriel Valley and surrounding areas. Our main objective is to provide quality and safe care to our patients and their families during life's toughest moments. Our ideal candidate for the Community Liaison position will be knowledgeable in Medicare/Medi-Cal and the Hospice benefit. Previous HOSPICE

MARKETING IS A MUST.

Responsibilities:

Some responsibilities of the Community Liaison/ Marketing position:

Identifies, develops and maintains referral sources.
Participates in the creation and implementation of a strategic marketing plan.
Organizes and provides education to the community, referral sources and facilities.
Demonstrates dependability by adhering to time frames, punctuality and attendance policies.
Adapts to changing situations well and handles difficult situations in a tactful manner.
Develops knowledge and skills applicable to their role and responsibilities on an on-going basis.
Complies with hospice policies and procedures, laws and regulations, standards of practice, and established work rules.
Adheres to the highest standards of professional and personal conduct in the performance of his/her duties.

Requirements:

Background in Healthcare, Marketing or Public Relations
Minimum 2 years of HOSPICE EXPERIENCE Marketing
Knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal and private insurance guidelines a plus
Good communication skills
Valid California Driver's License
Current auto insurance
