The Catalyst Team is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to join our full-time team as full-time employee.
Responsibilities
- Onshore/onsite resource
- Strong PM skills
- Highly organized
- Ability to coordinate and manage the detailed task list track the status report back the update
- Proven cutover expertise for large critical implementations ( SAP/Non SAP is fine)
- Plan the cutover Run the implementation plan for 24- 72 hours.
- Good verbal and written communication
- Highly responsive and quick launcher
- Multiple go-lives scheduled. First beginning in June 2023
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Information Technology
- Ability to report to stakeholders risks and mitigation
- Previous experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience tracking projects in Jira
- Previous experience working with cross functional teams- onshore offshore remote and onsite individuals.
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies/ scrum
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Extensive project management experience in software migration upgrades/ replacement projects
- Experience working with larger enterprise systems/rollouts
- Cross functional experiences working with tech business groups and vendor products- HR/Payroll specific would be helpful
