Pay Matrix

• $15 - Aide with no experience
• $16-17 - Aide with licensed childcare experience
• $ 18-22 - Aide with over a year of licensed childcare experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Work starts on May 1, 2023
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 12:00 PM - 5:30 PM)
• Experience in licensed childcare setting is an advantage
• Any degree with 24 credits in child related courses is an advantage

DUTIES:

• To be fun-loving, caring, enthusiastic about working with little children ages 16 months 35 months.
• Plan afternoon extended care lessons
• Facilitate circle times and indoor/outdoor play
• Work in tandem with other staff during Montessori time
• Attend staff meetings and workshops. Most of being dedicated, showing up, and be reliable for the little ones that depend on us to guide their first years of development.

Full Time and Part Time Position available

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour
