RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define, develop, implement, manage and continuously improve the innovation to market process across all product categories
- Work cross functionally in partnership with Marketing, R&D, Commercialization, Supply Chain, Operations, to ensure projects are delivered on time and produce desired results
- Own and maintain project tracker. Compile and report progress on projects against milestones and timelines. Ensure teams are aware of expectations responsibilities
- Oversee multiple projects and support the team’s prioritization of work and attention
- Proactive in tracking project progress, identifying gaps, troubleshooting and implementing solutions
- Has knowledge and expertise of the initiative and project requirements and understanding of opportunities and requirements in order to get projects back on track
- Influence stakeholders throughout the organization to obtain necessary support for initiatives and set realistic expectations on deliverables
- Seek opportunities to be effective and improve processes at service to brand and other teams
- Motivate members of the team to work effectively and efficiently toward company goals and objectives
- Build creative solutions to project challenges, in order to maintain positive team dynamic and effectiveness
- Keep brand leadership apprised of opportunities, issues and concerns.
- Organize, lead and help execute brand strategic priorities and initiatives as identified by brand leadership
- Develop project strategies, scope, action items and identify persons needed to effectively execute
- Lead teams, test and/or research. Work collaboratively to develop business cases for partners, leadership and/or franchisees.
- Support Director of Strategic Initiatives with team, executive, or franchisee deliverables
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- 4-Year Degree
- 4+ years experience in PMP, operations, or people management
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
- Abilities to lead vision and purpose while making decisions and solving problems in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to cross-functional teams, leadership and business partners
- Ability to work through conflict management, build strong peer relationships and influence teams without authority
- Ability to effectively create and foster cross-functional working relationships, both internal and external
- Proficiency in WRIKE, MS Project or other project management suite
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook or equivalent
- Ability to conduct meetings and facilitate effective and engaging meetings in person and virtually via Zoom or equivalent
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job the employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel and crouch. While performing this job the employee may be required to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time in a restaurant and outdoor environment
