Hilton Head Exterminators is looking for an energetic, creative, and organized individual to join our team in the Inside Sales Department. This individual will work alongside our Pest, Termite, and Rodent Exclusion departments.

What does an Inside Sales and Customer Service Specialist do?

• Self-starter that is able to effectively manage time
• Follow and adhere to company service standards
• Utilize strong customer service and administrative skills
• Receive calls from potential and current customers regarding new services
• Schedule service appointments for technicians and estimate appointments for the Termite and Rodent Exclusion specialists
• Manage and update new service account
• Enter and track sales in lead system
• Organize and maintain sales projects

The successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of 2 years Sales or Customer Service Experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to cultivate new business opportunities
• Strong Microsoft office skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
