Boat Membership Services Representative – Springfield, VA

Salary: $20.07 per hour / $40,441.05 annually

Additionally, they are responsible for promoting and selling the benefits of the BoatU.S. Membership, the largest and oldest association of boaters, to prospective members.

As a Boat Membership Services Representative, you'll be trained to assist customers in obtaining help when there is a problem with their boats and trailers, such as locating and dispatching a towing vessel truck. You will learn about our dynamic industry and prepare to assist customers through our comprehensive, fully paid training program.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Outstanding customer service skills and/or experience
• Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, college degree or currently pursuing preferred
