REQUIREMENTS:

  • You must have a minimum of 1 year of scheduling experience.
  • A Bachelor's is preferred - not required
  • Bilingual is helpful, but not required
  • This is a part-time or full-time W2 position working on-site in the Long Beach/Signal Hill area during normal business hours of M-F, TBD from the hours of 7:30 am-4:00 pm - depending on your shift and no evenings or weekends.
  • We are looking for dedicated team members to add to My Solution Services, Inc. We are an established fast-growing Online Business Management specializing in serving Mental Health clinicians. We service our clients by managing their phones and scheduling for their potential clients. (There is no cold calling involved.)
  • Willing to commit to a minimum of 1 year (We are looking for long term employees)

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering and returning calls (no cold calls)
  • Managing new email inquiries
  • Scheduling new client intake appointments
  • Various light administration tasks

BENEFITS

  • Full-time (or Part-Time (onsite)
  • From $17.00 per hour to start
  • 20-40 hours per week Monday -Friday, hours to be determined:
