Integrated Services Coordinator – Assisted Outpatient Treatment

Job Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Community Access to Recovery Services (CARS), this Integrated Services Coordinator position will provide oversight of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Assisted Outpatient Treatment grant. This role is responsible of implementing project activities, coordination of stakeholders, conducting meetings, developing materials, and monitoring daily activities of the grant. The position will also be responsible for administrative and budgetary measures of the grant and maintaining regular contact with the funder to include report functions.
Job Duties:
- Oversee the implementation and coordination of internal and external project activities, develop materials, and conduct meetings. Monitor and direct the daily operations of the grant.
- Assist team leader in interviewing and selecting staff as well as provide training, feedback, and quality oversight of the Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) program.
- Collaborate with the CARS team to research, develop, implement, train, and measure evidence-based programs, including the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) for individuals with co-occurring disorders who are under involuntary commitment.
- Assist with conducting program evaluation, research, development, and participation in quality oversight of the AOT team to include application and reporting as required for funding streams.
- Develop and facilitate ongoing ACT Stakeholder Committee meetings.
- Work with the state licensing entity to obtain and maintain licensure as a Community Support Program so Medicaid can be billed. Monitor and implement measures to ensure appropriate Medicaid revenue generation.
- Monitor and track the progress of individuals served by the program as well as through the court system.
- This position will serve as the manager for the Assisted Outpatient Treatment Program. This position will have no direct staff supervisory responsibilities, but will assist the supervisor with hiring, instructing, reviewing of work, and giving input on evaluations for all team members.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Current resident of the state of Wisconsin
- Possession of a valid Wisconsin driver’s license required at time of application and maintained during incumbency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or Human Services from an accredited college/university is required. Master’s degree preferred.
- At least three (3) years of recent practical work experience in the Psychology, Social Work, or in a Human Services role where you worked with adults with Mental Health and/or Substance Abuse Disorders.
- Clinical knowledge of the needs of individuals with serious and persistent mental illness, co-occurring disorders, and the civil legal system is required.
- Suitable candidates will have experience with grant management.
- Candidates should have adequate computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite products to include Word and Excel
