Intelligence Requirements Manager

Our Federal Client is seeking an Intelligence Requirements Manager to support an active cyber defense contract. The Intelligence Requirements Manager must have the ability to identify, analyze, consolidate, report, and make recommendations to fill or mitigate capability/intelligence gaps and requirements to various senior-level stakeholders.

Required Skills:

· Active TS/SCI CI Poly

· 5+ years of experience with developing, prioritizing and refining requirements based on foreign intelligence threat indicators and Warning.

· 5+ years of intelligence analysis experience

· Knowledge of ICD 23 Analytical Standards

· ICD 204 National Intelligence Priorities Framework

· ICD 703 Protection of Classified National Intelligence

· Knowledge of Intelligence Community and DoD Cyber and Intelligence capabilities

· Experience working at the Service Component or Combatant Command levels

· Experience with Priority Intelligence Requirements

· Experience with Integrated Priority Lists

Responsibilities:

· Identifying and assessing J2 capability requirements.

· Assist with traceability by aligning the requirements to Mission Essential Tasks (METs), Command priorities, DoD wide strategy and guidance, etc.

· Assist stakeholders with submitting, coordinating, tracking, reporting and archiving requirements. To include providing support with developing well-defined mission gaps, mission needs and end state statements, identifying potential solutions, championing the requirement on the requirement owner’s behalf in various platforms (briefings, meetings, working groups, etc.), and providing updates to leadership, co-sponsors, and stakeholders

· Build or amend business processes for managing J2 capability requirements and associated working groups and boards.

· Assist with facilitating J2 capability requirement boards and working groups designated to the J291.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
