Location: Marketing

Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday – Friday

Pay: $22.00/hr., depending on experience.

The experience you need to succeed:

• Three years similar or related experience is preferred.
• A High School diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of business machinery and systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, as well as graphic design programs.

What you’ll do:

• Developing and executing communications strategies designed to further company objectives
• Creating communications content for multiple channels including emails, website copy items, newsletters, etc.
• Creating, maintaining, or facilitating compelling communications that provide info, nurture employee relations and fulfillment, and create unity between multiple teams and departments
• Refining the voice of internal messaging to ensure consistency in all forms and stages of communication
• Remaining up to date on current and new strategies to enhance internal communications and employee engagement
• Identifying and resolving potential miscommunications with internal marketing or operational communications
• Reviewing and revising materials provided by other team members or departments
• Maintaining brand consistency and positive company culture in all communications
• Understand the Bank Secrecy Act and how it is applied

The person in this position will assist the Credit Union and Marketing Department by coordinating internal communication efforts. This person will be responsible for the CU Intranet and internal administration digital screens, including updating content, graphics and other information. This person will ensure brand consistency across communication channels and assist with company culture initiatives. This role requires coordination with HR for company recognition, gifts, awards and ongoing employee morale events.
