We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Marketing & Communication Specialist to contribute to enhancing our customers’ experiences. The candidate for this position will lead the Marketing Team and take a direct lead in managing the marketing & communications strategy to support the organization’s growth and strategic goals. The person will translate marketing challenges into opportunities through clear communications, plans, and activities. The responsibilities combine strategic marketing planning/execution and operational marketing support.

You should have a strong understanding of current marketing/digital tools and strategies and be able to lead a small team of marketing professionals.

Responsibilities:

You will lead the Marketing Team in all aspects of marketing, communication, and support. In addition, it is expected that you take direct responsibility for the company’s communication plan to support the operations and the strategic goals merely by:

• Develop, manage, and execute an annual marketing and communication plan.
• Developing effective content communication strategies to promote the Insurope Network and its Network Members
• Develop content for digital marketing campaigns. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative marketing campaigns and materials that drive understanding, interest, and demand for our solutions.
• Research industry-related topics about International Employee Benefits/Insurance to develop meaningful content for social media and newsletters.
• Monitor and analyze effectiveness and help to improve campaign and content through performance data and analytics (strategy to drive traffic and interest - keyword rankings, click-through rates, etc.).
• Develop innovative marketing material and presentations.
• Stay current on audiences, industry trends, and social media behaviors for best practices.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on industry trends and activities and make recommendations based on market and competitor data.
• Ensure all information and marketing material is developed and distributed according to the agreed timeline.
