New Mazda and Used Car Salesperson Wanted at Hiley Mazda of Hurst

We are seeking an experienced and motivated New Mazda and Used Car Salesperson to join our team at Hiley Mazda of Hurst. The Salesperson will be responsible for helping customers find their perfect vehicle, whether it's a brand-new Mazda or a pre-owned one. You will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and guiding them through the entire sales process.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers and building positive relationships with them
• Understanding customers' needs and preferences to help them find the perfect vehicle
• Demonstrating the features and benefits of new and used vehicles
• Negotiating and closing sales
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business
• Maintaining accurate sales records and reports
• Attend product and sales training as required

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales (furniture, jewelry, apartment leasing, and other retail) is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• MUST love working with people
• Proven track record of sales success
• Ability to build trust and rapport with customers
• Strong understanding of automotive products and features
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Pay: $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
