Job description
We are actively recruiting for an Inventory Analyst for a medical products manufacturing company in Ayer. This is a DIRECT HIRE position. This role is responsible for the accuracy of physical inventory, the transactions and data maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cycle count checks on materials (raw, packaging and production supplies) and weekly cycle count checks on finished goods.
- Accurately check physical inventory levels on the finished goods and material level.
- Reconcile any inventory variances found during the cycle count process.
- Analyze inventory at the production lot level and flagging inventory with less than 6-month shelf life.
- Manage inventory transfers between company locations.
- Develops and maintains procedures and documentation required for proper inventory controls.
- Identify inventory issues and recommend improvements and corrective actions.
- Determine and direct where inventory goes to ensure smooth product flows.
- Analyze and report cycle counts and physical inventories using a variety of inventory analysis techniques.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 3 years of direct experience cycle counting Raw Materials and/or Finished Goods.
- At least 3 years of warehouse experience required including the utilization of Warehouse Management Systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills required; i.e., VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables.
- Strong mathematical skills (percentages, decimals, statistical process control)
This is a Direct Hire position. The salary range is $55,000-$65,000. The hours are M-F 7AM-4PM with some flexibility.
