INVESTMENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

$25.00/hr | 40 hrs/week | Temp to Perm Career Opportunity | NO SALES

Immediate Investment Services Representative opening in Lake Mary, FL with one of the largest and most prestigious Investment Management corporations in the world.

Please review the following requirements and expectations carefully:

· Must be local to Lake Mary, FL and be required to work 3x a week in office and 2x remote from home

· Applicants require to have reliable high speed internet connection at their home and a quiet place to work out of

· Must demonstrate a strong client and customer service focused career history within financial or investment services

· Must have knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of financial/investment instruments and terminologies

· Previous work experience in a financial or investment advisory role would be ideal, though not required

· No FINRA licenses are required – This is NOT a sales role

· Strong professional communication skills are essential

· Must be flexible work 8-hour shifts between 8 am and 6 pm Mon to Fri

· Must be committed and show strong work ethics!

We are seeking a qualified client and customer service focused Investment Services Representative that will provide first-class customer service experience to investment managers, individual investors, brokers, and financial institutions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to troubleshooting and identify solutions on account related issues, assist in account transactions, provide resolutions to questions and concerns.
