As Business Partner Manager - Datacenter for DTFS Americas, you would be the primary IT Infrastructure and Technology contact for business partners and to ensure that business-oriented end-to-end Datacenter IT solutions are provided. The Business Partner Manager – Datacenter provides consulting and supports requests, demand management and steers the solution through implementation.
This is a DTFS Band 92 position.

What You Drive at DTFS
- Ability to manage internal and external suppliers responsible for IT Infrastructure services. Must maintain collaboration with DTNA IT Infrastructure Team
- Act as primary IT Infrastructure and Technology contact for associated business partner regarding all topics such as consulting, request management and demand management
- Ensure provision of business-oriented IT end-to-end solutions in cooperation with the TAF Partners, external vendors and business departments
- Provide consulting to the business partner on tailored IT services and solutions and propose other possible uses or innovative solutions
- Plan, coordinate, implement and document IT projects including transforming business objectives into IT deliverables
- Account for IT Service Continuity Management (e.g. incident & change management, Problem Management and CAB Meetings) and the Major Incident Management (MIM) process
- Request portfolio updates from strategy, portfolio & partner management team based on customer needs
- Account for local governance & administrative tasks (e.g. conduct performance risk management and audits)
- Ability to make IT Infrastructure related decisions on a Daily basis while meeting with the Business and IT teams which will define the Project Timelines, Build and Support Cost and the process to stabilize the environment after delivery
- Providing status reports to the IT Manager on a weekly basis with regard to Project and Business Demands and issues
- Driving Partner and provider governance, documenting performance and metrics along with suggesting continual service improvements to improve delivery to business
Knowledge You Should Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
- 5+ years of related professional experience
- Experience in IT Incident, Change and Demand Management
- Excellent Negotiation skills with experience in conflict Management
Exceptional Candidates Might Have
- Experience in IT Infrastructure Service Provider Management
- Knowledge of IT Service Continuity Management
- Experience in Business Processes and Strategy
- Experience in Stakeholder Management
