IT Program Manager - PMO

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to oversee and manage multiple projects within our organization. The IT Program Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with business partners, ensuring successful project delivery, overseeing budgets and finances, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects within the organization, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget
- Build and maintain relationships with business partners to understand their needs and expectations
- Develop project plans and monitor progress, ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
- Provide regular updates on the status of projects, including reporting on additional metrics and KPIs as necessary
- Monitor and control project risks and issues, escalating as necessary to senior management
- Manage project budgets, providing accurate financial reporting and forecasting
- Build and manage high-performing project teams, ensuring that team members have the necessary skills and resources to be successful
- Work collaboratively with other IT teams and departments to ensure that projects are aligned with the overall IT strategy and goals
Key Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in IT project execution, with demonstrated success in delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with business partners and stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills, with the ability to manage project budgets and provide accurate financial reporting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
