Location: Remote (Client prefers a Consultant that lives on the East Coast or Central Time Zone)

Description:

Work you will do:

We are seeking an IT Project Manager with Market Access experience to contribute to our top 10 Pharmaceutical client. The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible to drive execution of large scale (multi-month) projects to support the IT Globalization efforts for our commercial marketing and sales teams.

What you will do:

The individual in this role will need to work across various commercial project teams and as a member of the IT globalization program to help team members to deliver the technology capabilities that will enable our sales and marketing professionals in Europe to engage with HCPs and to market our vital therapies to the patients we serve. Project standards and processes will be followed to ensure that a well governed and controlled implementation approach is adhered to.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the quality and on time delivery of technical implementation projects with supporting deliverables and artefacts
• Collaborate with business and technology solutions partners to drive discovery phase to gather initial requirements and business goals
• Establish project plan and cost estimates and manage delivery to ensure that goals and value proposition are met in line with original estimates
• Oversee 3rd party vendor resources to deliver on day-to-day execution
• Provide timely and accurate project status, anticipate challenges, communicate dependencies, issues and risks to ensure quality results for planned objectives

Must Haves

• Veeva PromoMats and CRM experience in a Global Pharmaceutical environment
• Exemplify a collaborative, agile approach to drive speedy, creative and efficient use of technology and data to drive business value
• PMP or CSM Certification highly desired
• 5-8 years of hands-on experience delivering commercial IT projects, by either using agile or waterfall based delivery approaches in a global environment
• A track record of high quality, successful, complex, on time & on budget delivery of projects
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with commercial business partners
• Demonstrated ability to effectively organize and motivate cross functional teams
• Experience status meetings and effectively holding team members accountable for deliverables and timely escalation of blockers
• Ability to actively anticipate, track and plan for the timely resolution of risks, issues, dependencies, resourcing constraints and contingencies.
• A history of successfully managing vendors and vendor-implemented packaged software
• Provide project management and leadership to support Veeva Vault PromoMats globalization projects to include but not limited to, MLR workflows, Digital Asset Management, and Veeva CRM integrations
• Experience managing project budgets, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation and financials
• Experience working with PPM platforms and enterprise project planning and reporting tools

Remarks:

This role is to support the IT globalization program.

This will be a six month contract with the likelihood of extension provided that the PM is performing to expectations. PM can be remote but should be on the East Coast or Central Time Zones as there will be a lot of interaction with Europe.
