Title: Project Manager
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 12+ months

Job Description:
As a project manager, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure projects are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop business case and project documents following guidelines of the project management framework.
• Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time and on budget.
• Perform project coordination tasks as needed – determine, assign, and track project tasks, documentation, issues, UAT and change requests.
• Partner with development team to provide reporting and status on project deliverables.
• Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
• Maintain project financial and budget information.
• Understands workflows, work management systems (such as Service Now) and maintains records.
• Tracks issues and collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve them.

Skillset / Experience:

• 4-5 years of experience as a project manager; must have some experience IT/Operational Technology
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related technical discipline or equivalent
• Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Strong interpersonal skills - Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to influence and negotiate with clients and suppliers
• Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Preferred:Pipeline and/or Oil & Gas experience
• Preferred:Experience and understanding of Agile mindset and Agile ways of working

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Houston, TX 77079: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
