We have an excellent opportunity available for an IT Support Center Analyst in our Home Office located in downtown Cincinnati.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Troubleshooting of computer hardware and software and other technology tools, products and peripherals

· Installs hardware, software, networking and peripheral equipment as needed

· Response and support for iSeries related Operator level support requests and troubleshooting

· Responds/resolves incidents and service requests in accordance with expected service levels

· Oversee the execution and completion of assigned tasks

· Logs and tracks all work effort using ITSM tools, and maintains history records and related documentation

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while delivering high standards of customer service

· Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Roto-Rooter through performing behaviors consistent with the organizations’ values

Requirements include:

  • Associate’s degree in related field
  • 3-5 years’ experience in related technical support role
  • Operator level IBM iSeries/ AS400 experience
  • May consider an equivalent combination of education and experience

Applicable Technical Certifications:

  • Microsoft MTA, MCSA, MCSE
  • CCNA, Networking +
  • ITIL Foundations preferred
  • HDI Support Center Analyst preferred

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
