Job Summary PLEASE READ THROUGH

Looking for a janitor to clean commercial buildings in the Oak Ridge area 30 hours per week, day shift Monday-Friday. Gas will be paid if working multiple buildings. We are looking for people that are hard working with good attendance. Bonuses will be given for excellent attendance records and good performance. MUST have reliable transportation. MUST have a cell phone and be willing to use it to communicate OFTEN. Must have a minimum of 1 year cleaning experience and be detail oriented. MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK. You will be working in government buildings and need security clearance. Must be willing to have a facetime interview or zoom meeting if you do not have an iPhone.

Duties Include: General Cleaning, Sanitize Restrooms, Dust, Vacuum, Mop, Empty Trash. Training on carpet machines and scrubbers.

Other requirements:

Must be 18 or over

Ability to Pass Background Check

Provide documentation to work in U.S.

Must have reliable car

Must have a personal cell phone

Ability to stand on feet for several hours

Some heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.

Positive Attitude a huge PLUS

Must be able to communicate in basic English

1 year janitorial experience required

Starting Salary $15.00 per hour. Will review for raise after first 90 days. MAX PAY for general cleaner - $16.00 per hour.

Evaluation for a raise is dependent upon attendance, speed, and work performance.
