General Duties and Responsibilities:

The Supervisors will assist the Project Manager with managing the workflow, and individual crew members at the contract location.

• Responsible for inspecting and quality control of all employee assignments during assigned shift.
• Responsible for assisting Project Manager with employee safety training,
• Responsible for maintaining proper inventory control of supplies and materials needed for the cleaning program.
• Responsible for managing employees effectively during shift and that all work is being performed to client and company standards
• Report to the Project Manager any employee relation issues or performance issues that you become aware of on your shift.
• Complete shift paperwork, including inspections, spill logs, radio logs, etc.
• Hands on 'working supervisor' position
• Minimum 2 years of experience

Schedule:

Tuesday - Saturday 7am-3:30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
