Job description
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting and assisting the executives of the Company. You will coordinate daily calendars, manage appointments and meetings for both internal and external parties, plan travel arrangements and find more efficient ways of managing and keeping executives organized and efficient. The Administrative Assistant will be an integral part of creating a company culture and must have a strong connection to the company's mission and values.

- Manages and maintains the President’s and, as directed, other executives' active calendar to include appointments, meetings, conferences, and other arrangements
- Curate a productive and welcoming office environment for a fast-growing team
- Coordinate with cleaning, maintenance, food and beverage, and other miscellaneous vendors to keep office in ideal condition
- Support HR and Business Development teams with external group email accounts.
- Collect and distribute mail and packages, send outgoing deliveries
- Work closely with other admins to coordinate corporate travel, conference registrations, and company-wide activities
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Performs other clerical or administrative duties as needed

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in office management or administrative role
