We are currently in search of our next videographer/editor with graphic design knowledge. The ideal candidate is creative, high-energy, positive, and thrives in a changing, fast-paced environment. The Videographer must have the ability to self-manage projects, communicate, and work well with others throughout the organization.
Areas of responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Create and edit video for website, digital communications, tv, and social media pages.
- Create, edit and design videos with interesting eye-catching appeal
- Create and design graphic/electronic communications for social media posts on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram
- Creating sales collateral and print materials, PowerPoint charts, and graphs creation
- Prepare, assemble, alter and submit production designs for approval
- Determine color and size arrangement and design elements
- Provide innovative, user-centric, information and visual strategy recommendations
- Maintain image library and pull stock photography
- Contribute ideas and collaborate with the marketing team
- Working with Marketing Director and internal teams to gather information and creative assets for the email and social media campaigns
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of print and digital graphic design
- Proven ability to develop from start to finish video presentations
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts
- Must be attentive to detail when following layout specifications and corrections
- Previous experience with Constant Contact (or similar) email platform
- Previous experience with scheduling and posting on social media platforms
- Proven ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Must work well with others and under tight deadlines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Videography, Graphic Design or related field
- 1 year of experience in videography
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills
- Portfolio of work
- Teamwork and communication skills
- willingness to learn and grow and adapt
- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and other photo editing and manipulation software
- Marketing and SEO/Social Media a plus!
