Job description

Responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing products, restocking inventory, accepting payments and having a fun time. Every team member will be trained in customer service and the Kilwins brand.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS FOR THE SALER

• Provide integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture, values and purpose of Kilwins Brand.
• Engage and connect with every customer by providing excellent customer service and brand knowledge.
• Answer customer questions and makes sales suggestions.
• Serve and prepare ice cream, confections, and fudge orders for customers.
• Perform general cleaning duties.
• Merchandise and maintain displays according to Kilwins Brand Standards.
• Prepares/makes waffle cones.
• Create and serve quality chocolates, fudge, and ice cream for others to enjoy.
• Effectively handle cash registers

PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Ability to operate a cash register and count back change.

Ability to work well with others, listen well, and follow direction.

Must be customer service oriented with good personality and manners.

we start at $12/h and the tips is around $50/$80 per week
