High-End Kitchen, Bath & Millwork Designer

Prominent Naples Kitchen & Bath Design firm is seeking an Experienced Designer to join our Naples, FL Design / Sales Team.

Must have a minimum of 7 years of High-End Kitchen Design and Sales experience, working with very high-end clientele. MUST be technically Savvy, drafting in AutoCAD. Experience w/Hand Drafting and/or 3D Rendering programs a Big Plus.

Client leads are developed by the organization. CAD Drafting, Estimating/Pricing, Administration and Project Management support are provided, allowing the Designer to focus on Design, Sales and Client Management. This allows our designers to focus on their client’s needs and designs!

COMPENSATION: $ (95-250,000k) / year - based on Design / Sales Experience and Capabilities. This will be a combination of Base Salary and Commission/Performance Bonus and Benefits

Relocation Allowance available for the right candidate.
