Zachry is accepting applications for Laborers for work at the Bayer Marana Greenhouse and grounds in Marana, AZ.

Entry level position to join a growing team in the maintenance group in and around the Greenhouse. Opportunities for advancement.

Job Requirements:

• Have a good work ethic
• Able to listen, read and follow instructions
• Safety oriented individual who will follow all Safety Standards for this site and Company.
• Must be able to work in heights and elevations. Harness and PPE guidelines will be followed.
• An individual who is self-motivated and interested in working with a cohesive team to achieve excellent performance in their work

• Must wear all necessary PPE in the plant will have to be worn according to the area in which you are working

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to work with others – team player.
• Good communications skills with team members and supervision.
• Commitment to Zachry values and safety rules and regulations.

Valued but not required skills and experience:

• Knowledge of tools/equipment is helpful.
• Previous work history in an industrial environment.

Physical demands and work environment:

• Employee will be required to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift throughout the day. There is not much sit time in this environment. You will use your hands and arms to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull objects as needed throughout the day. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. There are times when being at heights will be necessary – in the event this is necessary, a harness will be provided, and all other PPE will be worn according to the requirements of the area in which you are working.
• Inside the greenhouse is warm, moist air, the outside temperatures could vary from cold to hot.
