Team position: Project Crew- Installation, Enhancement, and Irrigation crew

Position description: The project crew team member will work in the project side (non-mowing tasks) of the company. This position will be a year-round position and we are looking for a candidate who has experience with landscape maintenance and installation, irrigation installation and maintenance, weed control, and/or equipment operator. You will need to have past experience in landscaping and answer some specifics about landscaping during the interview process. You will work with current project team members on installing new turf and ornamental landscaping, refreshing and maintaining existing landscaping, and operating equipment. Our typical work week hours fall within Monday through Friday from 7:00-5:30. We are an established company with room for growth and offer a unique work environment for our team!
The position gives the right candidate an opportunity to quickly move into a crew leader role in one of our areas of landscape installation, landscape enhancement, or irrigation installation once you have demonstrated the ability to manage yourself, lead others, and show your ability to complete the task efficiently with quality work. This opportunity will also provide an opportunity for advancement for team members within our company in the near future.

Application requirements
- MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE, a good driving record, and be 21 or older so you can be insured to drive our vehicles
- Complete the application and meet the required pre-employment qualifications.
- Ability to work outdoors with power equipment and plants in extremes of heat, cold, snow, rain, wind, etc.
- Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds
- We do pre-employment drug testing and run background checks- no felonies on record.
Pay scale: Based on experience and credentials
While we will fill the position available as soon as we find the right candidate, we are thorough with the interview process and checking potential candidates to find the right team member that will fit the position. We will not hire you on the spot after the first interview. We will look at the information from the first interview, background checks, etc. before we make a decision on a candidate.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
