Arcadis is looking to hire a LCRR Technical Manager to lead and support our National Resilience Water Practice! This position can be performed remotely anywhere in the United States or at any Arcadis office location in the country.

Role description:

As a LCRR Technical Manager, you will have a key role in establishing our market position and value proposition to grow our Water Quality and Lead Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR) business across the Country. You will be responsible for collaborating with national and regional leaders to develop and implement winning strategies which drive business development and enhance delivery capabilities for LCRR projects and programs.

Role accountabilities:

  • Provide national perspective to understand current conditions, emerging client needs, regulatory drivers, technology advancements and other factors influencing the market.
  • Support national and regional leaders in continued development and implementation of effective strategies for LCRR pursuit initiatives, projects and programs.
  • Execute successful pursuit capture plans highlighting the team’s technical expertise and direct successful project/program delivery strategies.
  • Contribute to innovative approaches and lead development of value propositions to accelerate growth of our LCRR program and look at continuous process improvements to enhance Arcadis’ offerings to the market and to further meet the needs of our clients and the future challenges that they experience with regulatory compliance.
  • Direct project execution in collaboration with our account leaders, project managers and local technical teams. Continually refine project execution strategies based on program successes and challenges encountered.
  • Prepare project scope of services, work plans, budgets, schedules and staffing plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and regulatory agencies as a technical expert in the areas of Water Quality and LCRR.
  • Maintain active participation in Water Quality and LCCR conferences/associations at the state, and/or national level via committee memberships, presentations, and/or association leadership roles.
  • Mentor staff and collaborate with other regional leaders in recruiting, hiring and retention.
  • Travel (up to 2 - 4 days per month) is anticipated regionally and nationally. Travel will be conducted for client and project meetings, engagement with staff, general planning purposes, and attendance at conferences and other industry events

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: BS degree in environmental sciences or civil or environmental engineering
  • 8 years of experience in drinking water utility management including water quality improvements, regulatory compliance, LCRR experience, implementation of water quality treatment improvements and corrosion control strategies, regulatory agency negotiations, funding and financing, and/or public outreach programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: MS degree in environmental sciences or civil or environmental engineering
  • Registration: Professional Engineer or Certified Water Operator

The salary range for this position is $97,600 - $146,400.
