We are seeking a dedicated Janitorial Lead to join our team in the Smithfield/Selma area to assist in hands-on training of new staff and re-training of existing staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality janitorial services to all JCI facilities
• Prepare schedule and tasks for each location
• Monitor work performance
• Coordinates work schedules and breaks
• Inventory
• Team task delegation
• Supply room organization
• Punch In/Out assistance
• Training reinforcement
• Fill in as needed on site
• As well as other cleaning tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Great Attendance!
• Valid NC Driver's License
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• 18 years of age or older with valid ID
• Ability to work efficiently while upholding company’s quality standards
• Maintain effective communication with supervisors/managers and other team members
• 2 years of Janitorial Experience w/multiple locations
• Supervisory experience
• GED or High School Diploma
