Children’s Center of Monrovia is looking for a creative and energetic lead teacher with early childhood experience to joinour wonderful team! We are looking for a lead preschool teacher to work in one of our preschool classrooms.

Position Requirements:

· Prior Early Childhood Care: at least 1 or more years’ experience working in a licensed child care center of a family daycare center.

· 90-hour preschool certification OR must have completed an associates or a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Professional and dependable

· Must have reliable transportation

The ideal candidate should be able to create weekly lesson plans, plan weekly activities for children, maintain a classroom of 11 to 20 children (with a co-teacher), be dependable/reliable, be able to multitask and a person who is extremely loving, caring, and dedicated to children and the Center.
