PRIMARY DUTIES WILL CONSIST OF BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Responsible for compiling list of prospective customers
• Visits prospective customers to stimulate interest in establishing or expanding vehicle lease programs
• Explains the concept and benefits of leasing to customers
• Develops and utilizes the leasing company proposal and marketing materials
• Computes leasing charges, based on such factors as length of contract, anticipated mileage and applicable taxes
• Prepares and sends leasing contracts to the appropriate party
• Organizes and maintains a customer visit log
• Monitors customer needs and requests and communicates to the appropriate department
• Understands and complies with all federal, state and local regulations regarding vehicle sales, leasing and rentals
• Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Computer Skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook required
• Strong Managerial and organizational skills
• Superior Customer Service skills
• High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts
