Express Employment Professionals of West Omaha has partnered with a local Omaha company and we are currently recruiting for a Leasing Agent!

Shift time is Tuesday-Friday 9-5 and Saturday 10-4

OR

Mon,Tues 9-6, Wed, Thurs off, Fri 9-5, Sat 10-5, Sun 11-3

Job Duties:

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Interact with current and prospecting residents.
• Manage Lease expectations.
• Manage application process.
• Respond quickly to all residents correspondences.
• Complete various accounting, financial, and administrative reports.
• All other Duties as required.

Preferred Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training is Required
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which includes shifts during evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a very fast-paced, ever growing environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence others
• Excel, Word, Spreadsheets and other financial software experience a plus
