We're looking to hire an individual with customer service experience for an Apartment Community in Muskegon..
An ideal candidate is someone who is proactive, organized and possesses an upbeat, positive approach to overcoming challenges, feels comfortable and confident in their phone presence, and is self-sufficient in day-to-day responsibilities.
Job responsibilities include computer use with web-based software, lead and resident management and touring apartments with prospective residents and assisting with all office duties.
Additionally, the job requires maintaining a positive rapport with existing community residents and their needs while also leasing to new incoming residents. Multi-tasking, sales and customer relations experience are strong pluses.
We're willing to train a friendly eager person.
