Job Description
Northwest Center for Behavioral Health (NCBH) is currently accepting resumes for a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional in our Enid URC Facility to provide professional behavioral health services! This individual will work as part of a highly skilled multi-discipline team of professionals to provide short-term crisis response, stabilization and intervention for individuals experiencing a mental health or chemical dependency crisis as part of the Urgent Recovery Center located in Enid, Oklahoma. The program is designed as an alternative treatment setting for those who need urgent (same day) intervention, but do not necessarily require the services of the Emergency Room. Services include: assessments and psychotherapy, supporting recovery and wellness with a designated population. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to address the physical and behavioral needs of individuals in services. The URC provides up to 24 hours of crisis intervention and related services for individuals needing behavioral health services. The goal is to reduce recidivism and bridge the gap between the crisis center and our community partners. May work as part of the Comprehensive Crisis Response System on the Mobile Crisis Team and respond, as part of a team, when deployed by the new 988 call center and facility.
Job Type/Salary:
- Full Time
- Base Salary: $57,000 - $62,000 (Salary range based on experience, tenure and certification) $27.40 - $29.81 per hour!
- 5% Longevity Incentive at 1 Year and 3 Year DMHSAS service!
- Additional incentive for Evidence Based Practice Certification
- Total Compensation up to $86,000 includes base salary, retirement and State paid benefit allowance to help pay for your benefit elections! (based on the number of covered dependents - includes longevity payments)
- Boost your hourly pay with shift differentials that stack! $3.75 for evenings, $6.00 for nights and $9.00 for weekends! Working nights on the weekends earns you an extra $15.00 per hour!
- Holiday Differentials $3.00 per hour

Qualifications:
- LBHP - Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or closely related field; and must be a practitioner with a license to practice in the state issued by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology; Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor. (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, LADC/MH)
- LCBHP - Completion of curriculum requirements for a master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field; and Must be actively and regularly receiving board approved supervision, and extended supervision by a fully licensed clinician if board’s supervision requirement is met but the individual is not yet licensed, to become licensed by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology, Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
