We are a local family-owned and operated property inspection firm that serves Coastal North and South Carolina. We own and operate the local National Property Inspections franchise and have done so over the last 16 years. We are a well-respected multi-inspector firm that takes pride in serving our community to the highest standard possible.

We are looking for a Licensed Property Inspector to cover our Southeastern NC service area. The ideal candidate would be located near Calabash, Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle Beach, Shallotte area. You will also be expected to acquire your SC Home Inspectors license for overflow coverage for our SC insopector.

The following qualifications are desired:

- Currently licensed Home Inspector in NC

- Clean state inspector’s license

- Clean drivers record.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Drug free

- Excellent communication & technology skills

- People skills

- Honesty, integrity & professionalism, you must possess all three qualities!

- Must be very dependable

- Must have dependable transportation to and from inspection jobs

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
