Job description:

As a Licensed Sales Producer, you will perform the fundamental role of soliciting to and servicing customers and building strong relationships within the community. You will work with a team of professionals focused on providing insurance and financial products to help customers protect their homes, cars, lives, and retirement incomes.

A Personal Lines Property & Casualty license is required for this job. Study material will be provided if you are not currently licensed.

Responsibilities:

• All new hires start off in a telemarketing and receptionist role until an insurance license is acquired. Once licensed, you will then be tasked with customer service duties including servicing current policies. Once service training has been completed, sales training beings.
• Meet business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Treat each customer as family.
• Contact customers for a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.

Requirements:

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-through and follow-up.
• A Property & Casualty license is required.
• Driven and goal oriented.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.

Compensation:

• A competitive commissions plan is available for all sales associates.
• Additional bonuses and incentives are also available on a monthly basis.
• Hourly pay is paid on a bi-weekly basis.
• Commissions are paid every second pay period of the month.
• End of year bonus check!
• Raises are evaluated on a six and twelve month basis.
