120 Taphouse and Bistro in Dowtown Paw Paw is seeking a Line Cook/Prep Cook to help out in the kitchen. The Line Cook/Prep Cook is responsible for preparing a wide range of foods and ensuring the kitchen functions smoothly. This is a varied position that requires working with various food products and cooking methods. It's a fast-paced environment where you will learn from experienced staff and managers, and also help them out when needed. We are a prep heavy kitchen making most things from scratch and are very busy.

Responsibilities:

• Follow the instructions of the Head Chef.
• Prepare food consistently and as trained.
• Work with minimum supervision.
• Follow food safety standards.
• Know when to alert management of problems with food, equipment, and staff.
• Communicate with kitchen staff, servers, and customers.
• Clean preparation area and kitchen utensils.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
