Specific Duties

• Participate in developing and updating risk assessments and review all applicable risk assessments annually.

• Safely lift wheels that range from 20-100 pounds with a team member.
• Effectively run the wash system and perform chemical testing.
• Accurately record the proper information on Form 088.
• Understand and use the powder coating guns/system correctly.
• Understand and operate the oven correctly.
• Safely use manual and electric pallet jacks.
• Accurately read a print for the proper masking of each wheel.
• Understand how internal routers are used.
• Accurately enter data into the current data collection system.
• Keep a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate well with other team members.
• Be flexible with working in other departments/plants when needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a print.
• Work well with other employees.
• Previous experience working in a production environment preferred.
• Basic computer/PC skills is a plus.
• Must be able to work in a non-air conditioned environment for a minimum of eight (8) hours per day.
