Join our quickly growing Halcyon- Austin Hospice team! As an social worker with our hospice team, you will perform hospice social work visits in assisted living, independent living communities, and residences. A minimum of one year of hospice experience, along with a proven ability to manage a fast paced, independent work schedule are essential. Knowledge of Kinnser software is a plus!

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
We provide PPE for all patient visits. We are providing paid time off for employees who test positive and we follow CDC guidelines for returning to work after testing positive.
