POSITION SUMMARY

As an Associate in Loan Operations, you will be responsible for various tasks related to commercial, mortgage and consumer loan origination and servicing. Attention to detail, strong critical thinking skills and the ability to multi-task are essential to this position. The right candidate will have the ability to work effectively and accurately in a deadline orientated environment, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational skills. Knowledge of Windows environment and proficient computer skills are also necessary.

The candidate must enjoy people and be willing and eager to interact pleasantly with customers and fellow associates alike. You must understand the team concept and function as a member of a team as this team works towards a common goal.

It is essential to observe the strictest secrecy and confidentiality on the subject of accounts and activities of any kind of dealing with the bank and maintain a high level of enthusiasm and customer awareness while conveying our confidence in the bank and the services that are offered.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience in a lending environment is preferred.
