Job Type: Full-time
Location: On-site in our East Lansing, MI office
- Remote is not available
- Initiate outbound calls to loan payer to verify accuracy of loan terms and property condition
- Provide great service to the sales team and customers
- Follow up on all outstanding orders to third parties and borrowers, within established company deadlines
- Perform the quality control of the file
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Proven attention to detail, including the ability to read, examine, and organize documents.
- Excellent communication skills
Work Environment:
Position will often be in a busy office environment. The ability to multitask and focus in this environment is essential.
