Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Location Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of one of our healthcare equipment locations, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and that our equipment is in top working condition.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the location, including customer service, equipment maintenance, and inventory management
• Ensure that all equipment is in good working order and that all necessary repairs and maintenance are performed in a timely manner
• Train and manage a team of customer service representatives, technicians, and drivers
• Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and expenses
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and vendors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of management experience in a healthcare equipment or related field
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with healthcare equipment is a plus
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
