Job Description
HII is seeking a security cleared professional for an exciting opportunity on the Navy Integrated Training Environment (NITE) contract. The Logistics Analyst 4 (Property) position will serve as an individual contributor and provide "cradle to grave" management of the program's accountable assets, material inventory, acquisition, utilization, disposition, processes, procedures and associated documentation and deliverables. Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active security clearance. Work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group.

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrated knowledge of industry or military property management best practices for the management of Government Property.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Federal Property Management Regulations to include Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE).
- Ongoing tracking and management of the program's contractor acquired property (CAP) and Government furnished equipment (GFE).
- Demonstrated knowledge of reporting, reutilization, storage and disposal of Government assets.
- Performs self-assessment audits of government property and initiates corrective actions with the appropriate departments for discrepancies.
- The candidate will ensure that the program follows all FAR guidelines and directives regarding property management.
- Administers inventory and Government property control program activities to ensure accountability of Government property in accordance with applicable company policy and/or government regulations.
- Will be responsible for ensuring that all reports due to the customer regarding the program's accountable property comply and submitted on-time.
- Manages members of the Logistics team to ensure compliance with requirements and success of the NITE Government Property Management process. Ability to direct and manage team members with day-to-day activities as well as special projects to assure timely completion.
- Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support the execution of objectives on this program.
- Willing to travel. Possibly 60 to 70% travel is required.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field OR
- 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field OR
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience
- Active Secret Clearance
Preferred Requirements
- Familiarity with Government supply system and FAR Part 45, Government Property
- Property Management certifications desired
- Formal logistics training (military, Government, corporate) or equivalent vocational school
- IEMS users training
- Quality Awareness training
- Procurement Policy training, corporate
- Maintenance Management training
- HAZMAT/HAZWASTE training
Physical Requirements
- May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment.
- Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
