Makes daily data entries in the SAP ERP system keeping accurate inventory record balances and receipts. Works with Buyers for questions on incoming packages. Stages material for put away. Informs internal customers of packages to be picked up. Consolidates multiple deliveries for shipment to DC Hubs. Processes and fulfills Production requests for raw materials. The ability to manage multiple tasks at one time. Strong interpersonal skills.

What you will accomplish together with us:

Receiving

• Receive goods into the ERP system
• Check received goods for accuracy, identify, condition and quality
• Problem solve with Purchasing & Accounts Payable
• Receive returned goods and properly quarantine them.
• Inform internal customers of package pickup via emails

Shipping

• Package kits for shipment
• Work with manufacturing to obtain materials for shipments
• Work with order administration to resolve shipping priorities or problems with orders, carriers, etc.
• ERP order fulfillment using error checking methods
• Interface and enter data with online carriers shipping programs (UPS, etc.)

Material Handling

• Pick raw materials required for Production using Kanban system.
• Meet required turn around times to fulfill demand in timely manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory of materials

Compensation for this position will be a base salary between $25/hour and $31/hour depending on experience.
