This community has higher than average caregiver-to-resident ratios and opportunities for career advancement. This community is very low care residents in an assisted living environment.

The successful person will hold an LPN license in good standing in the state of WVA.

This position is eligible for a $2,500 sign on bonus paid within 90-days of completion of training period.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure assigned residents receive their medications and treatments as ordered in their respective care plans
• Directs care team to ensure completion of assigned tasks
• Ensures timely completion of all charting is done daily before end of shift
• Assist with team scheduling, recruiting, hiring, and training as needed.
• Weekly resident documentation and follow-up on incidents.
• Quarterly resident assessments and assessments based on change of condition.
• Managing a team of caregivers, med-techs, and staffing assistants.
• Ensuring appropriate staffing levels along with staffing assistants.
• Strong communication is required between the community and both families and local third-party providers (physicians, pharmacists, home health, hospice, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Current active LPN license in West Virginia.
• Ability to pass a background check with no disqualifying events

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
