- Provide wound care to residents with wounds, assure documentation is completed in PCC at least weekly.
- Complete a complete body assessment on all new admissions.
- Make rounds with Dr. Frost on Wednesday’s.
- Have a knowledge base of identification, prevention and assessments of wounds.
- Practice Infection Control during wound care.
