Job description

Tired of repetitive work? Interested in a R&D, custom build environment?

DymaxRail might be just the place for you.

DymaxRail designs, builds, sells and services large, complex vehicles and machines used by railroads and transit systems. These machines can be seen online at https://dymaxrail.com/hi-rail/transporters/lowbed/, https://dymaxrail.com/hi-rail/platform/mwp50/ or https://dymaxrail.com/hi-rail/rail-rider/rail-rider-hx-hydrostatic-railgear-tracked-excavators-komatsu-pc88-hi-rail-attachment/.

What kind of jobs are these? What do you need to know?

  • The base components of these machines are fabricated in our weld and fabrication departments. Those pieces end up in assembly where each one is put together from the ground up, NOT ON AN ASSEMBLY LINE!
  • These are hand built, like a Rolls Royce!
  • We have different models, but nearly all have diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems including remote control devices and, in a few cases, pneumatic systems.
  • Past and current customers include BNSF, Union Pacific and Canadian Pacific Railroads, along with the Bay Area Rapid Transit, New York Metro and Montreal transit systems.
  • These machines are the Lamborghinis of the rail and transit world. Customers expect perfection so your attitude toward the work is as important as what you know.
  • We need you to know about hydraulics and electric systems for sure. Add on knowledge and experience will only be a benefit and help solidify your spot on the team.

We have job descriptions that we can send you. We can tell you the exact details of the wage and salary system and the benefits. We match or exceed area businesses in these things.

The bottom line is that these products are the cream of the crop. It doesn't get much better than being a part of the production team for these machines.

If you think you might have what it takes, give us a shout. You won't be sorry!

These machines are changing the way transits and railroads maintain their systems. The market is growing, and this is a great time to get in at the beginning.

Pay range: $25.00 to $34.00 per hour, and if you have what it takes, even higher, depending upon skills and experience.
