Job description

Must to have:

· Proficient in Mainframe - COBOL application development; CICS application programming; Mainframe Z/OS Connect & JCL; Strong exposure to VSAM.

· Proficient in Easytrieve/Eztrieve, File Manager, MQueue and/or zOS Connect tools

· Programming experience with the APB (batch), APC (online), APA (batch and online) and RPI (reporting) modules

· Experience with the Systematics Database Management System working with major files (DSTs), DAGs and elements.

· Hands on experience with Advanced Loan Systems with GN architecture

Good to have:

· Experience with CA-7 job scheduler and version control tools like Endevor and ChangeMan

· Prior experience in Mainframe modernization

· Exposure to tools like IDz & Topaz

· Exposure to Mainframe Devops

Other Skills:

SDLC Agile methodology; NEXUS; Quality Center; JIRA; Maximo; Sharepoint

Soft Skills:

Verbal and written communication skills, team-player – strong capability and effectiveness working on teams, with senior team members and consulting partners; deliver design documentation.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $75.00 per hour
